If you want to confirm your reservation please send us a copy of your credit card(and expired date) by fax or email. The hotel accepts only VISA and MASTER CARD. The hotel always preauthorise the credit cards from the bank. Cancellations can be done within 7 days from arrival. After this, the hotel will charge the full of the first night. NO SHOW means the full charge of the reservation. After the check in in the room, no amendment can be done on the reservation.
